Score 87/100 · Drink 2003-2009, Robert Parker, Dec 2003
A very good effort for the vintage, the deep ruby/purple-colored 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits notes of tobacco, sweet red and black currants, supple tannin, and a plump finish. It will not be long-lived, so consumption over the next 5-6 years is recommended. The blends for this vintage includes approximately 83-85% Cabernet Sauvignon with the balance mostly Merlot and perhaps a touch of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Tel.
