Tasting notes
Only 42 cases were made of this inaugural vintage, from the first two acres purchased. Deep garnet in color, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Hershey Vineyard has a gorgeous nose of crème de cassis, dark chocolate, anise and sandalwood with touches of game and Chinese five spice. Full-bodied, fine and fresh in the mouth, it fills the palate with spicy, maturing black fruit flavors, finishing long and savory.
