Bright, saturated red-ruby. Deep, pungent aromas of wild strawberry, black raspberry, tar, bitter chocolate and roast coffee; expressive and oaky. Fat, thick and sappy, with the strong, ripe red fruit flavor to stand up to the oak treatment. Dense, concentrated and satisfying. Finishes with ripe tannins and strong fruit.
