Tasting notes
The 2019 Pinot Noir Hyde Vineyard is delicate and lovely. Medium ruby, it has bright scents of cranberries, orange peel, earth and tea leaves, with a palate that's silky, detailed, pure and juicy, with a long, layered finish. There's a touch of lingering smokiness that indicates this Hyde will require another few years in bottle to show everything it's got. 241 cases were made.

The 2019 Pinot Noir Hyde Vineyard is a powerful, deep wine loaded with character. Dark cherry, spice, cedar, new leather and menthol build as this gorgeous, layered Pinot opens in the glass. This is the first vintage that emerges from a single block that Hobbs planted with Calera Clone. The Hyde Pinot can be a bit rustic, but not in 2019. What a gorgeous wine.
