Good red-ruby. Deeply pitched aromas of black cherry, licorice, leather and bitter chocolate. Fatter than the Lavieres but with a tangy quality to the black cherry flavor. Not especially complex but possesses good stuffing and structure-not to mention balance. Finishes broad and fat, with fine tannins.
