From his oldest vines in a well-positioned plot. Tank sample. Really rich and snazzy. Almost flashy! Needs quite a bit of time. Worked in the cellar, I think. (JR)

The 2021 Pommard Petits Noizons has a pretty nose with red cherries, crushed strawberry and a touch of blueberry, perhaps more Volnay than Pommard in style. The palate is medium-bodied with fine grip, a bit chewy on the finish with a peppery aftertaste. Just lacks a bit of finesse.
