Score 88-90/100 · Drink 2016-2026, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Jan 2015

The 2013 Gevrey Chambertin Cherbaudes 1er Cru includes one-third whole-bunch uncrushed grapes. It has a well-defined bouquet with a subtle oyster shell influence infusing the red berry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, well-judged acidity and structure, quite candied on the finish that is finely tuned and precise, if missing some persistence. Fine.
