Score 89-91/100 · William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Jan 2024
A cuvée produced from young vines in Les Santenots, the 2022 Volnay Village exhibits aromas of sweet red berries, plums and petals, followed by a medium-bodied, satiny and charming palate. This will drink well pretty much on release.

Young vines planted in the Santenots du Milieu. Cask sample. Mid ruby. Solid fresh red fruits – cherries and redcurrants, and definite raspberry depth. If not tannic, at least punchy with firm, ripe structure. It’s soon to be racked and shows some lovely silky texture too. (MH)
