The 2019 Meursault Chevalières has a light, peppermint tinged bouquet that opens nicely with aeration. The palate is balanced with tropical notes of passion fruit, pineapple and nectarine, moderate acidity with a light tang of spice towards the finish. Pretty, but short term.

Cask sample. Suggestion of real extract on the light nose. Then lots of fruit impact on the palate with real substance but no excess alcohol and a distinct hint of mint. Everything seems set here for a pretty impressive future. (JR)
