2012 Blauburgunder Riserva

The 2012 Blauburgunder Pinot Nero Riserva is pliant, rich and textured, with more new oak influence than the Pigeno, yet also very much translucent and weightless in style. Crushed flowers, tobacco, sweet red berries, dried rose petal mint and cinnamon are laced together. Here, too, the house style speaks to finesse above all else. Sweet floral and spiced notes reappear on the finish, adding striking aromatic lift.
