Tasting notes
Floral notes and bright red berry fruit are the signatures in the 2015 Larrivaux. The 2015 is very pretty, but decidedly on the lighter side in this vintage. This showed a bit more flesh en primeur . Tasted two times.

The 2015 Larrivaux is medium garnet-purple colored with a nose of crushed raspberries and red cherries with wafts of underbrush and lavender. The medium-bodied palate is soft and lively with lovely expression.
Mid crimson. Sweet ink on the nose – by no means unpleasant! Sweet and a little simple on the palate. Where's the beef? (JR)
The 2015 Larrivaux is dark, fleshy and open-knit. Sweet red cherry, plum, cinnamon and lavender flesh out in a succulent, forward Haut-Médoc that delivers plenty of depth and nuance at its level. This is a strong showing from Larrivaux. Tasted three times.
