(includes fruit from Macharelles, Baudines and Maltroie-Crets, combined at the harvest) Very ripe, aromatic nose combines peach, apricot and marzipan. Sweet and supple in the mouth, but with a firm mineral backbone intensifying the flavor and giving more thrust to the finish. Still, I was aware of the alcohol here.
