Aromas of sweet red cherries, raspberries and spices introduce the 2022 Meursault Rouge, a medium-bodied, satiny and lively red with a pretty core of fruit and good persistence on the finish.
The 2022 Meursault (Rouge) has a perfumed bouquet that's more floral with extra red fruit tones and Pinot Noir DNA compared to the Auxey-Duresses. This has fine delineation. The palate is crisp on the entry with crunchy red fruit, fine mineralité and a vivid, graphite-tinged finish that lingers in the mouth. This is a classy red Meursault with fine length.
