Tasting notes
The 2023 Griotte-Chambertin Grand Cru, with the usual microscopic quantity of 85 liters total, has a harmonious bouquet featuring dark berry fruit, tea leaf and subtle earthy scents. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins and a liberal sprinkling of white pepper. This is very harmonious with mare weight than the Latricières on the finish. It's beautiful

Duroché's micro-cuvée from this grand cru is always one of the most perfumed, floral wines in the range, and the 2023 Griotte-Chambertin Grand Cru is true to form, offering up notes of rose petals, blood orange and spices mingled with delicate red fruits. Medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, all that aromatic range and finesse is counterbalanced by good depth at the core.
