Tasting notes
I tasted the 2015 Moulin-à-Vent Coeur de Vigneronne at a dinner during my stay in the region. This is showing beautifully with plush red cherries, crushed strawberry, orange liqueur and hints of vanilla on the sumptuous nose, managing to retain impressive delineation. The palate is like putting on a cashmere sweater. Silky smooth with wonderful depth and roundness, it caresses the senses, inviting red fruit laced with allspice and a hint of cinnamon, fanning out without overpowering on the finish. This is drinking so well now but has some years ahead.

The 2015 Moulin A Vent Coeur de Vigneronne has a gorgeous bouquet with macerated small black cherries, brown spices and a touch of glycerine and violet. There is wonderful purity and sense of exuberance here. The palate is medium-bodied with succulent ripe black and red fruit tinged with salted licorices and spice, that all gently fan out towards the finish. Superb.
