Tasting notes
100% Malbec. Cool vintage. Harvest 17 March to 2 April. California Cab colour! Richly perfumed with quite a bit of alcohol. Comes to a slightly sudden halt. With pronounced acidity on the end. Fruit lacks just a little bit of genuine fruity freshness? (JR)

The 2022 Malbec Cobos is a blend of 60% from the Chañares vineyard in Uco Valley and 40% from the Hobbs vineyard in Luján de Cuyo. This is a red defined by its oak, showing vanilla and cedar alongside plum, blackberry, spices and field herbs. This achieves a balance between volume and finesse, with a juicy, plush texture and integrated oak. The result is intense and seductively plush.
