Tasting notes
The 2014 Black Magic is more classic and very much in the style of the vintage, with fabulous purity in its crème de cassis, violets, leafy herbs, and forest floor notes. A wine that builds with time in the glass, it’s full-bodied, utterly seamless and perfectly balanced, with a regal yet pleasure-bent style that can be drunk today or cellared for two decades or more.

A refined and silky wine with white pepper, dark fruit, rose petals and walnuts. Hints of plums. Medium-to full-bodied, fine and fresh. A beauty. Love it. Drink or hold.
One hundred percent Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2014 Black Magic Proprietary Red is literally the best barrels in Tor’s red-wine cellar. This is a fabulous wine, as one might expect, with loads of black and blue fruits, sweet tannin, adequate acidity and an energy and concentration that are off the charts. This is a magnificent wine that can be drunk now, or cellared for another 25-30 years.
