Tasting notes
Lots of blackberry, plum, toasty oak, and coffee-like notes emerge from the 2019 Château De Lamarque, a medium-bodied, slightly rustic, yet satisfying, balanced Haut-Mèdoc that has solid length on the finish. I'd give bottles a year or two and then enjoy through 2029.

Aromas of sweet berry fruit, licorice and forest floor introduce the 2019 Lamarque, a medium-bodied, fleshy wine with a sweet core of fruit framed by lively acids and chewy tannins. This is an attractively balanced but somewhat rustic Haut-Médoc that will round out somewhat with a year or two in bottle.
The 2019 Château de Lamarque has a well-defined and very focused bouquet, the oak here nicely integrated, and plenty of blackberry and briary aromas laced with cedar emerging with time. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, good depth and concentration and gentle grip toward the finish. This is a very well-crafted de Lamarque.
