The 2017 Lieser Niederberg Helden Riesling GG is intensely fruity and concentrated on the elegant and slightly flinty nose. Full-bodied, piquant and juicy on the palate, with grip and tension, this is a powerful Niederberg Helden with a long, salty-piquant and nicely grippy finish. Tasted from a decanted 375-milliliter bottle in March 2019.

Thanks to the flint and cassis notes of this dry Mosel riesling, you could mistake it for a top Pouilly-Fumé from the Loire! Sleek and very crisp with a long, racy finish. Drink or hold.
A fragrance that would penetrate even a nose blocked with a serious cold! So fresh, so cool, so pure, with brazen herbaceous aromas and an invigorating breeze of sea air. On the palate it is crisp and dry, rocks with minerality and trembles with acidity. (MS)
