The 2020 Malbec Syrah Perlita is a blend of 80% Malbec and 20% Syrah that is impressively earthy in cedar, dried herb, and tobacco. The medium-bodied layers are leathery and velvety in tannin, with moderate, well-balanced acidity and a lasting note of garrigue laced throughout the blueberry and raspberry fruit. Drink now through 2030. Owned by the Bonnie family of Bordeaux, who also own Château Malartic-Lagravière and Château Gazin Rocquencourt, DiamAndes was added to the portfolio in 2005 in Clos de la Siete in the Valle de Uco. Certified organic since 2022, it was named one of the Top 50 World’s Best Vineyards in 2024 and 2023.

The 2020 Malbec - Syrah Perlita is an 80%/20% blend from the Uco Valley and was aged for eight months in used barrels. A vivid purple color. The nose presents notes of ripe fruit, blackberry and blueberry with hints of herbs and spice. In the mouth, it’s medium bodied with refined tannins and an energetic lick of alcohol.
