Tasting notes
The 2015 Cantelys Blanc is very pretty. Lemon peel and floral notes are given an extra kick of textural richness from the radiance of the year. Even so, there is a good deal of freshness to balance things out. The 2015 has turned out beautifully. The blend is 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Sémillon.

The 2015 Cantelys Blanc is laced with attractive citrus and floral notes, along with the extra bit of mid-palate generosity that comes from the significant presence of Sémillon. Drink this crisp, refreshing white over the next year or two. The blend is equal parts Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon.
The 2015 Cantelys Blanc, a blend of 50/50 Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, has a chalky bouquet that just needs a little more fruité to develop. The palate is fresh and vibrant on the entry, not a complex white Pessac-Léognan, but well balanced with an attractive pineapple and guava-tinged finish designed for wide appeal.
