2018 Ribolla Gialla

A wildly exotic bouquet of musky nectarines, ground ginger, cardamom and lemon rinds makes the 2018 Ribolla Gialla impossible to ignore. This is incredibly savory on the palate, with a core of salty minerality offsetting its young peach and apricot notes. This finishes chewy and savory, forcing the senses to salivate as a citrusy concentration and notes of rosemary and raw honey linger on. This is a wine of meditation, to be sure. The Ribolla Gialla of Radikon spends three months on the skins, followed by three years in large oak botti.
