Score 97/100 · Drink 2028-2055, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Jan 2021
The 2018 Montrachet Grand Cru is showing beautifully from bottle, wafting from the glass with aromas of pear, Meyer lemon, honeycomb, dried white flowers, toasted nuts and smoke, framed by a deft application of new oak. Full-bodied, rich and layered, it's concentrated and enveloping, with a deep and textural mid-palate, lively acids and a long, immensely persistent finish.
