Score 94/100 · Drink 2023-2035, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Nov 2023
The 2015 Brut Zéro Grand Blanc was harvested in Chouilly and Cramant. The base wines were fermented and spent nine months in oak. This was disgorged without dosage and sulfur dioxide. Powdery creaminess like a dust of chalk on the nose has an edge of pepper. Brisk mousse accentuates what is lovely freshness for 2015 and displays exquisite, chalky depth. There is structure, depth and definition taking this to a salty white miso finish. Zero dosage. Disgorged: January, 2023. - Anne Krebiehl MW
