Score 91/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous
Pale green-tinged color. Very complex, vibrant nose combines lime, mint, chlorophyll, dusty spices, flowers and a hint of toast. Thick yet elegant; round and harmonious. Brisk but thoroughly ripe flavors of lemon and pink grapefruit expand to fill the mouth. Ripe, rather easygoing acids frame and extend the flavors. Really impeccably balanced Champagne, much more accessible than the '90 was at the same stage of its development.
