Score 88/100 · Drink 2023-2035, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Aug 2022
Delivering aromas of sweet berries, petals and orange rind, the 2020 Maranges Aux Griffées is medium-bodied, with bright acids, powdery tannins and lively acids, showing a firmer, more structured profile than the Côte de Beaune-Villages.

The 2020 Maranges Village has a well-defined bouquet of very pure red cherry and raspberry fruit laced with rose petal and orange pith. The well-balanced palate delivers pliant tannins, the 10–15% whole bunch well integrated, and a very light bitter edge on the spicy finish. This will be difficult to resist young.
