Tasting notes
Early dryish vintage. The day they started picking Springvale 2015 was 35 days earlier than 35 years before. Very pale greenish straw. Already quite a bit of development – a hint of TDN . Very direct and linear. Lemon sherbet. Bone dry with marked acidity. (JR)

The 2015 Springvale Riesling is youthfully reticent with lovely floral notes of peach blossoms and jasmine over a core of green apples, crushed stones and lemon juice. Light-bodied, dry, crisp and pristine on the palate, it offers vibrant citrus flavors and a long finish.
Expressive steely Riesling nose. Herbs and lime. Medium bodied and not a trace of residual sugar! Pretty austere for the moment. Dry chalky finish. (JR)
Wonderful extract and sufficient fruit to compensate for the steely acidity. Much more advanced than the Polish Hill 2015. A great match for the marinated fish first course of the 2016 Sydney Room to Read wine gala. Did the business! (JR)
