50–60% whole-bunch fermentation. From three sources: La Justice (15%, 12-year-old vines), old vines in Croix des Champs and old vines in En Pallud. Cask sample. Deep ruby colour; bright red-cherry and raspberry nose with lovely floral lift. Very elegant, and really does the burgundy job! (MH)

The 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin Village comes from several parcels. It offers a mixture of red and black fruit on the nose, black olive and light tertiary scents on the nose. The palate is fresh and vibrant with crunchy red fruit, slightly chalky tannin with quite a precise saline finish. Excellent.
