2019 Chardonnay

Studach's intensely yellow, lime-green shimmering 2019 Malanser Chardonnay opens with a deep, rich and elegant bouquet with ripe, intense and concentrated fruit aromas intertwined with yeasty, phenolic and fine oaky notes. Rich and elegant on the palate, this is a full-bodied, refined and elegant Chardonnay with intense, round and mouth-filling fruit. Structured by saline acidity and fine tannins, this is a promising and intense Chardonnay that will gain finesse with further bottle age. The finish is complex and very very long. 13.5% stated alcohol. Diam cork. Tasted in Zurich in February 2022.
