Vivid straw. High-pitched citrus pith and musky floral and herb aromas carry a chalky mineral overtone. Vibrant and tightly wound on the palate, offering pink grapefruit, green apple and bitter quinine flavors that deepen steadily with air. Shows repeating mineral character on the incisive, persistent finish, which leaves behind echoing citrus fruit and floral notes.

Simple, suppressed nose with waxy elements on the palate. A touch of salty character on the finish and low acid. Innocuous. (RH)
