Tasting notes
The 2015 Pandora, made of 100% Grenache, has a medium ruby color and a nose that blossoms to pretty aromas of cherry coulis, mortadella, pure cranberries and raspberries with nuances of garrigue, lavender, lilac, powdered sugar and citrus. It’s medium-bodied with muscular fruits and loads of flavor layers knit by excellent structure—a great interplay of acid and detailed tannins—finishing very long. This is absolutely gorgeous!

The 2015 Pandora is a step up over the Grenache release (which is awesome in its own right), with a magical nose of herbes de Provence, cured meats, red plums, black cherries, and incense aromas and flavors. It too is sensationally pure, full-bodied, concentrated, and layered on the palate, with a seamless, weightless style that still carries awesome intensity and depth. Drink it any time over the coming 15+ years.
