The 2019 Flor is a classy, polished Sauvignon Blanc/S�millon blend that is more about understatement than overt richness, and yet there is plenty of depth. Melon, pear, white flowers, chamomile and sage all grace this exquisite, nuanced white from Jonata. As good as the 2019 is today, it will be even better with a bit of bottle age. These wines have a way of developing beautifully over time.

The very lightly hued, Sauvignon Blanc dominated 2019 Flor (there's 3% Semillon) offers up a gorgeous, Bordeaux Blanc-like bouquet of ripe pineapple and citrus fruits interwoven with notes of brioche, honeyed almonds, and chalky minerality. It has bright acidity, medium-bodied richness, and a concentrated yet precise, focused style on the palate that bodes well for a good decade of longevity, if not longer.
