Superripe aromas of dried fruits complicated by white flowers and a peppery nuance. Then distinctly less fleshy and generous in the middle palate than the Petits Charrons, with the peppery quality carrying through in the mouth. Markedly different in texture and style, and in need of patience.

Bright yellow. Spicy, high-toned aromas of lemon, honey, smoke and clove. Lively and intense, with strong acidity framing and lifting the intense citrus fruit. As sweet as this is, it's also quite taut.
