Tasting notes
The 2022 Chardonnay Estate is an open-knit, creamy expression of the vintage energized by delicate accents of crushed stone and citrus blossoms. The palate is svelte, polished and amply concentrated before transitioning into a mouthwatering, even-keeled finish that offers more lift and clarity than the broad, weighty palate suggests. Bentrock provides the core of the blend in this vintage, supplemented by smaller portions of Radian and Sanford & Benedict.

Ripe apples, crushed citrus, minty herbs, and a kiss of sea salt all define the aromas and flavors of the 2022 Chardonnay Estate, a pure, beautifully balanced, focused Chardonnay that has a supple, layered mouthfeel, good acidity, and a great finish.
The 2022 Chardonnay Estate is creamy, ample and expressive, with notable breadth and tons of sheer appeal. Lemon confit, marzipan, chamomile and tangerine peel are all beautifully delineated. This is such a classy wine.
