Score 87/100 · Drink 2019-2024, Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Mar 2017
Bright medium red. Pungent, cool aromas of red berries, cherry, mint and menthol. Juicy, nicely delineated and savory, if a bit leanish and unforthcoming, even a touch herbal and dry. A clean if slightly pinched village wine with firm, dusty tannins and decent length. Not bad but doesn't really come alive.
