Score 87/100 · Drink 2005-2012, Daniel Thomases, Wine Advocate, Apr 2004
The 2000 Chianti Classico Riserva Tenute, made with the house’s own grapes, is notably better than the Villa Antinori, darker in color, spicier and sweeter on the nose with interesting herb and tar scents, ample and smooth flavors, but again with some dryness and tannic hardness on the finish. Drink: 2005-2012. Importer: Remy Amerique, New York, NY; tel. (800) 358-6002
