(the botrytis in this holding was selected out for a separate bottling) Aromas of quince, butter, smoke and toasted nuts. Dense, lush and large-scaled; tactile and chewy. Very full, spicy pinot gris. Comes across as dry on the front half but the sweetness builds through the long, honeyed finish.
