Tasting notes
Good bright red. Musky, perfumed, high-pitched aromas of coffee, rose petal and burnt orange. Dense but light on its feet, with a piquant blood orange character giving clarity to this seamless, silky midweight. Finishes with wonderfully fine-grained tannins and lingering scents of flowers and spices. This beauty conveys the energy of a top 2010.

(just finished its malo) Medium ruby. Still quite reduced on the nose. Lush, smooth and concentrated, with a distinct creaminess to its dark fruit flavors. Very rich and sweet without coming across as overripe or roasted. Finishes long and fine, with substantial broad but fully buffered tannins. It's a bit early to assess this wine with confidence, but this is already quite suave.
