Tasting notes
The 2023 Château Corbin Michotte is straight-up exotic, with a perfumed nose of vibrant red and blue fruits that give way to more spice and floral notes. It's medium-bodied, balanced, has supple tannins, and rock-solid length.

Cherries, flowers, wet earth, espresso and cocoa form the core this wine. The medium-bodied palate is forward, fresh, and oaky in the finish. If the oak becomes better integrated with age, the wine will offer a better experience and a higher score. But, at the moment, the wood dominates the wine.
Beautiful fruit here, as well as some new wood, but that’s normal at this stage. This will develop nicely into a refined and polished wine. Medium body.
The 2023 Corbin Michotte has a rather anonymous nose where it is difficult to eke out any aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with a pastille-like opening, but it’s one-dimensional and flat on the finish.
