Here’s a rich and generous Crozes for the 2021 vintage with tar and black pepper alongside the red fruit aromas. Well structured, and the healthy tannins and lemony acidity are already well integrated. Good length. Drink or hold.

The 2021 Crozes-Hermitage Gaby has more depth and richness, with a supple, rounded style carrying plenty of darker cherry and red plum fruits, spice, and flowery incense notes. It's going to be one of the standouts in the vintage for Crozes.

Matured for 12 months in new demi-muids. Cask sample. Tasted blind. Creamy and relatively mute nose. Racy acidity and a lack of fruit concentration on the mid palate. Simple. (AC)
