2011 Meursault Les Perrieres

Pale green-tinged yellow. Musky, nobly wild aromas of lemon, lime and iodine. At once supple and juicy, a step up in concentration and texture from the Charmes and Genevrieres. The very dry citrus peel and crushed stone flavors carry well on the firm back end. Still, I was a bit disappointed by the tart edge this wine developed with 24 hours in the recorked bottle.
