Aromas of red berries, spices, orange zest and rose petals introduce Dancer's inaugural 2021 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge, a medium-bodied, supple and fleshy wine with a satiny attack and a sweet core of fruit, concluding with a perfumed, mouthwatering finish. The vines may be young, but high-quality selections of Pinot Noir from Bérillon and Guillaume make their presence felt.
