Score 88/100 · Drink 2021-2025, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Jan 2022
The 2015 Langhe Rosso is an attractive wine to drink now and over the next handful of years. Dried cherry, mint, cedar and sweet pipe tobacco lend quite a bit of aromatic nuance. In 2015, the Langhe Rosso is pretty, but not quite the overachiever it can be. I would not push my luck on aging.

About the producer

Roagna
Roagna is one of Italy’s finest estates, producing top, single-vineyard Nebbiolos in Barbaresco and Barolo. The estate’s Crichët Pajé Barbaresco is one of the rarest fine wine cuvées in Piedmont with fewer than 2,000 bottles produced each year.
