Ripe and fresh aromas include those of black cherry, spice and a pretty hint of violet. As is usually the case, I like the texture of the velvety middleweight flavors that possess very good punch before terminating in a mildly rustic but balanced and complex finale that offers very fine length for a villages-level wine. Fine quality here in a package that should repay mid-term keeping. Outstanding Top value. Drink 2027+
