Tasting notes
The 2015 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatières has a lovely bouquet with hints of fennel tincturing the vivid citrus fruit aromas. This is precocious and yet maintains admirable control. The palate is very well balanced with a fine line of acidity. Lovely poise here with hints of peach and fresh apricot developing towards the finish that fans out with good vigor. This comes highly recommended.

Pale, bright yellow. Inviting aromas of peach, flowers and noble Puligny herbs, accented by spicy high notes. Sweet, slightly fat and easygoing in the mouth, showing noteworthy depth and richness to its flavors of citrus fruits and white flowers complicated by exotic suggestions of lichee and pineapple. Finishes with excellent length.
