Tasting notes
Inky ruby. Assertively perfumed aromas of kirsch, blueberry and licorice are complicated by floral, cracked pepper and smoky bacon notes. Offers alluringly sweet, seamless and mineral-tinged black raspberry, cherry-cola and exotic spice flavors that deftly meld weight and finesse, while showing no rough edges. Finishes extremely long and gently tannic, with sharp clarity and strong, spicy persistence.

Intense dark fruit, floral, exotic spice and savory herb qualities on the highly perfumed, mineral-accented nose. Shows excellent clarity and spicy lift to the sweet cherry liqueur, boysenberry, candied violet and spicecake flavors, which slowly tighten up in the midpalate. Deftly blends power and delicacy and shows outstanding energy and mineral thrust on a very long, gently tannic finish.
