Score 79/100 · Robert Parker, Dec 1994
A ripe nose of herbs, cassis and vanillin is fleeting but attractive. This medium-bodied wine offers straightforward cassis fruit, but the finish is short, compact, and moderately tannic. It is vaguely reminiscent of this property's 1981 and 1979, but lighter and more austere.
