Score 90-92/100 · Jeb Dunnuck, Dec 2022
The 2021 Côte Rôtie Esprit De Blonde is more red-fruited, with a softer, rounded style that does well in the vintage. Wild strawberries, raspberries, flowers, spice, and loamy earth all define the nose, and it's medium-bodied, beautifully balanced, and elegant on the palate, with fine tannins.

Tasted blind. Sandalwood, fig, clove and pepper on the nose with juicy red fruits. On the palate, soft and sweet fruit, coconut, white pepper with velvety tannins, moderate acidity and a layered, generous finish. (AC)
