Tasting notes
Bright, pale green-tinged yellow. Lively aromas of lime, apple and powdered stone. Then ripe, rich and almost surprisingly full in the mouth, with highly concentrated flavors of lime and minerals. Not at all an austere style of Chevalier-Montrachet but suave and seamless. I'd give this a couple of years, but I wouldn't bury it too deep in the cellar.

Rather mute on the nose. Clean, tightly wound and focused, with brisk flavors of lemon, lime and crushed stone. Offers lovely sucrosite for a dry wine. Very long on the finish. Still extremely unevolved but offers superb potential.
