Tasting notes
(this blend was more affected by frost, especially its lower Crotots component): Healthy straw-yellow. Rather unforthcoming nose hints at yellow fruits, hazelnut and minerals; not a citrussy style. Silky flavors of yellow fruits and spices convey a light touch and good definition. Finishes ripe but dry and classic, with slowly mounting palate-saturating length.

Low-key nose. Ramrod-straight back but it's giving nothing away at the moment. (JR)
(the crop level was normal here): Bright, light yellow. Reticent aroma of lemon drop, plus a whiff of chlorophyll. A step up in texture and depth from the Clos du Cromin, conveying an almost glyceral quality to its flavors of yellow peach and menthol. Finishes a big dusty and dry-edged.
